What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Payroll & HR Operations to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing core HR functions, such as payroll, employee engagement, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative and positive company culture. You will support day-to-day HR operations, align policies with business objectives, and create an engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

Core HR Operations:  

  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and overtime calculations.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting using HRIS/HRMS tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide support to maintain a positive work environment.

Onboarding & Offboarding:  

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including system access revocation, asset return, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement & Development:  

  • Develop and execute programs that enhance workplace morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support training and development programs to promote employee skill enhancement.

Reporting & Analysis:  

  • Generate HR reports on metrics such as attendance, turnover, and performance to support decision-making.

Ad-Hoc Support:  

  • Manage daily HR communications and address ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Business Partner or T&O Lead.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized professional with strong HR operations expertise. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in payroll management and HR operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA (preferably HR major).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Strong negotiation and emotional intelligence abilities
    • High level of technical proficiency, including experience with HRIS/HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
  • Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach
